Our Puppies' Wellbeing Comes First.

By attending this event, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

• Puppies must be handled gently and respectfully at all times.
• Guests must remain seated unless instructed otherwise.
• Puppies must not be lifted above shoulder height.
• Forced interactions with puppies are not permitted.
• Puppies may be removed from the session if they appear tired or overstimulated.

• Shoes are not permitted inside the puppy area.
• Guests may be refused entry if they appear unwell or have recently been in contact with sick animals.
• Hand sanitiser must be used before interacting with puppies.

• Puppies, food items, matcha drinks, paints and materials may trigger allergies.
• Guests attend at their own discretion and are responsible for managing personal allergies or medical conditions.

• While every effort is made to maintain a safe environment, interacting with animals carries inherent risks including scratches, minor injuries or allergic reactions.
• By attending, guests acknowledge participation is voluntary.

• Photos/videos may be captured during the event for Tiny Tails Therapy marketing and social media purposes.
• Please notify staff before the session if you do not wish to appear in content.

• Guests under 16 must remain under adult supervision.
