How do I book a session?Head to our booking page and pick a date and time that works for you. Once you select your session you can choose how many tickets you need before checking out. You will get a confirmation email straight away so keep an eye on your inbox and your spam folder just in case.

Can I book multiple tickets at once for a group?Yes and we actually really recommend it. Booking everyone under one order means you are guaranteed to all get in together. If you book separately there is a chance one of your group misses out if the session fills up. On the booking form just adjust the number of participants before you check out.

How many spots are available per session?We keep our sessions intentionally small at a maximum of 18 people. This keeps the energy calm and relaxed and it means every person actually gets quality time with the animals rather than waiting around. The number of spots available for each session is shown on the booking page so you can always see exactly what is left.

Do you offer gift cards?We do! Gift cards are available through our online store and you can load them with whatever amount you like. They make genuinely great gifts for anyone who needs a bit of joy in their life. And honestly, who does not need that.

I did not receive a confirmation email. What do I do?First thing to check is your spam or junk folder as it sometimes ends up in there. If it is not there either, get in touch with us at admin@tinytailsofperth.com.au and we will sort it out for you straight away. Please do not just assume the booking went through without confirmation.

How long does a session go for?Each session is one hour long. That includes a safety briefing at the start so please arrive about 10 minutes early so you do not miss it. The briefing is genuinely important and it also means you get the full hour with the animals rather than a shortened version.

What should I bring?We provide mats and everything you need for the session so you really do not need to bring much. Just wear comfortable clothes, bring your phone for photos because you will absolutely want those, and a bottle of water to stay hydrated. That is genuinely it.

Where are sessions held?We run sessions across a few locations in Perth depending on availability. The exact venue is listed in the class description when you book so you will always know where you are heading. If you are interested in having us come to your venue, reach out and we can have a chat about it.

Can I take photos?Please do and please tag us! We genuinely love seeing your photos and we repost them all the time. You can find us on Instagram. The animals are incredibly photogenic and we are always so happy when our community shares their experience with us.

Are children allowed to attend?Children are welcome but there are a couple of things to know. Anyone under 16 needs to be accompanied by a paying adult who can supervise them throughout the session. All under 16 tickets also need prior approval so please get in touch before booking. The animals are gentle but we do take their comfort and safety seriously and that means having the right supervision in place.

Where do the puppies come from?Our animals come from responsible local breeders who we have personally visited and assessed. We do not work with puppy farms or anyone whose practices do not meet our standards. Our animal welfare page goes into a lot more detail about this if you want to know more.

Are the puppies available to adopt?Sometimes yes! We will always let you know at the session which puppies are still available and we are happy to connect you with the breeder if you are interested. Just ask one of our team on the day and we will give you all the details.

What if a puppy is not in a playful mood?Honestly this is something we are very upfront about. Puppies are animals, not performers. Some sessions they are absolutely bursting with energy and some days they just want to nap in your lap. We cannot predict which one you will get and we think that is actually part of what makes it special. A sleepy puppy curled up on you is pretty hard to beat too.

How many puppies will be at my session?It varies each time depending on the litter. We always adjust the number of people per class to match the litter size so there are enough snuggles to go around. What we can promise is that nobody leaves without having had plenty of puppy time.

Can I get a refund if I cannot make it?All tickets are non refundable. We know that is not always what people want to hear but it is something we are transparent about upfront. What you can do is transfer your ticket to someone else. Just let us know the name of the person taking your spot and they can use your booking at check in.

Can I transfer my ticket to a friend?Absolutely. Just let us know the name of the person attending in your place before the session and they can check in under your booking. Easy as that. Get in touch via email or social media and we will update it for you.

What happens if a session is cancelled by Tiny Tails?In the rare event that we need to cancel a session on our end, you will be given the option to move your booking to another date or receive a full refund. We will always contact you as early as possible if this happens and we genuinely do everything we can to avoid it.

Can I book a private session for a birthday or event?Yes and they are absolutely wonderful. We do private events for birthdays, celebrations, corporate wellness days, hen parties and all kinds of functions. Availability depends on what we have going on and breeder schedules so the earlier you reach out the better. Get in touch via our contact page or email and we will figure out what works.

Can you come to our venue?In some cases yes. We are always open to hosting at venues that meet our requirements for animal welfare and space. If you have a venue in mind and want to explore it, reach out and we can have a conversation about whether it works for the animals and for your event.
