Bookings & Transfers
  • All ticket sales are non-refundable under any circumstance.
  • If you can no longer attend your booked session, we may offer a transfer to a future session or store credit at our discretion, provided at least 48 hours' notice is given before the event.
  • Store credits issued by Tiny Tails Therapy do not expire and may be used towards any future, Puppy Therapy experiences.

Arrival Policy
  • Please arrive on time for your session.
  • For the safety, wellbeing, and comfort of our puppies and guests, late arrivals may not be permitted entry once the session has commenced.

Puppy Welfare & Guest Responsibilities
  • The health, safety, and wellbeing of our puppies is our highest priority.
  • Guests must follow all instructions provided by our team regarding puppy handling and interaction.
  • Any behaviour deemed unsafe, disruptive, inappropriate, or harmful towards puppies, staff, guests, or venue property may result in removal from the event without refund.

Hygiene Requirements
  • All guests must sanitise their hands before interacting with puppies.
  • We kindly request that clothing worn to the event has not recently been in contact with unfamiliar animals where possible.
  • Our team follows strict hygiene and cleaning protocols before, during, and after every session.

Children & Supervision
  • All guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
  • Certain experiences may have age recommendations due to the nature of the activity. These will be outlined in the event description.

Personal Property
  • Tiny Tails Therapy is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, including phones, clothing, bags, jewellery, artwork, or other personal items.

Photography & Content
  • Photos and videos may be captured during sessions for promotional and marketing purposes.
  • If you do not wish to appear in any content, please notify a team member upon arrival.

  • Guests are expected to treat our puppies, staff, venues, equipment, and fellow attendees with kindness and respect at all times.

  • Tiny Tails Therapy reserves the right to make reasonable changes to venues, session formats, puppy attendance, activities, timings, or staffing where necessary due to operational, welfare, or safety requirements.
